With my roots in Southern Africa I now live in the English countryside. For the last 5 years I’ve become obsessed with transforming my lifestyle so I can live with more energy, vitality and glow! I’m rewriting all the rules and quite honestly, it’s been a shock and a revelation for those who know me. In letting go of everything that doesn’t serve me I’m finally embracing who I was born to be and owning my joy! I want to help you do that too.
Success to me used to be all about achieving my goals. No matter what it took. And the hustle worked! My life looked pretty magical from the outside.
I owned my own business doing what I loved, had been voted one of the top photographers in the UK, had raving clients and saw countless works featured by international publication houses such as Condé Nast. Oh and I lived and worked with my soulmate in a beautiful Victorian house in the English countryside! But somewhere on the journey to creating this ‘dream’ life…
I had no energy. I spent many days in bed and most nights awake. I felt deeply alone. I was constantly anxious and depressed.
I hit rock bottom on a birthday trip to Paris. In the midst of a rare and magical week off my face broke out in an inexplicable rash. I thought it was a result of indulging in that hot chocolate from Angelina’s (if you know, you know!) but after returning home and trying various strategies to heal my skin it simply worsened.
And she made sure that each time I looked in the mirror I could not ignore her any longer.
What has unfolded since has been a joyful discovery of personal growth, a never-ending commitment to living with vitality and passion and a spiritual awakening to my deeper purpose.
Through years of study and working with my own coaches and teachers I have cultivated sacred rituals (of self love) to nourish my body, transform my energy and step into my radiance. And I have realised that true fulfilment and happiness comes from deep inside, in growing and giving.
